Project Manager with you

Building together without predefined modelling

Listening carefully to fully understand

A successful project is a project that has been fully understood and well built.

In view of getting to know each other better, and of evaluating your winegrowing and work environment, my first step involves you. By way of introduction, I’m going to suggest that we quite simply write down your queries and your expectations in your own words. Starting with you can only offer clarity to your demand.

A proper analysis of the context to create a suitable project

After the prior meeting, the major step involving in-depth knowledge about the situation is the basis for asking the right questions.

My work is that of bringing together all of the elements capable of capturing the identity, operations and practices of an estate within a specific vine-growing territory. For they all have an impact on winemaking. Each estate’s specific sum of indicators guarantees a project adapted to an individual dimension, all the while sticking to budgetary targets.

An open route, without preconceptions

After collecting this information, carrying out a diagnosis and determining a direction, a plan has to be developed, that has nothing to do with a predefined model.

My proposal is like a Lego which assembles actions, one after another. By structuring itineraries in such a way, we can move forward without following a model, but in a progressive manner, combining intuition and technical pertinence.
