Whatever the profile of the estate, this project has to be nourished by a pragmatic vision and carried by a sound and balanced business plan, with clear and sustainable objectives for the vintner. Even with emotion, a wine can’t be made without this highly functional approach. It’s the key to its success.

 

 

 

My pathway proposals

– production technics, market positioning or prescription strategy – focus on a single objective: that of benefiting the estate. Standard of quality, image, financial stability and future perspectives are what matters most. Reaching a goal and sustaining it, this implies independently offering advice, without being pressured by wine industry operators. This also implies recommending interventions, investments or modifications, all the while maintaining the distance needed to exercise proper judgment and taking into account the realities on the ground.
